Dryland Training - Summer

HDC has meticulously designed its dryland training for athletes looking to significantly improve their overall fitness! 

HDC's team of professional trainers will facilitate the dryland program with a focus on age appropriate strength and conditioning.  Set in a safe, positive and challenging environment with a variety of fun sessions.

HDC's Dryland Training includes:

Strength and Conditioning:

  • Strength training

  • Agility

  • Conditioning

  • Balance

  • Core strength

  • Flexibility and Yoga

  • Boxing

1 Mental Training Session:

  • Understanding the importance of mental wellness, stress, anxiety, depression, unrealistic expectations and poor communication to help achieve a mentally balanced lifestyle.


Trainers (may vary based on availability):

  • Lead Trainer - Sean McCarry - Owner HDC

  • Strength and Conditioning Coach - TBA

  • Yoga Instructor - Jackie Dupont

  • Mental Training - Hone Athletics

  • Boxing instructor - Olympus Boxing






8-week program running from July 7 - August 25, 2021

Eligible players: 2012-2009 YOB


  • Wednesdays:

    -2012-2011 YOB Dryland Training 5:45-6:45pm 

    -2010-2008 YOB Dryland Training 7:00-8:00pm
