Atom Prep Camp - U11
HDC has scheduled and designed its Atom Prep Camps to help players peak right before Hockey evaluations.
Our program is designed to improve player confidence as they enter the evaluation process. Our drills are meticulously planned and instructed to ensure players are performing each drill to perfection. HDC also incorporates conditioning drills to ensure that each player has the stamina to outwork and outperform their peer group.
