HDC's facility is scientifically proven to improve skills and develop quicker reaction time. Small area games help players think outside the box when it comes to creativity on the ice. This can be used across all age groups. 3on3 small area games enforce concepts of passing, spacing and puck control.

 At HDC we believe that 3on3 is an effective method to help players quickly improve their skills.  Playing in tight spaces and at a fast pace, keeps all the players moving, nobody can afford to simply stand around and wait for the action to come to them. Important skills like puck control and skating are highlighted and reinforced.

 3 on 3 players are continuously involved in the play which increases the enjoyment of the game. It is the most fun you will have playing hockey while working hard to improve your overall game!

• Develop quicker reaction and decision making

• Improve game-related skills

• Play in confined spaces

• Improve both offensive and defensive skills and tactics

• Develop confidence with the puck

• Obtain a great cardiovascular work-out

• Players that are not 'goal scorers' get the opportunity to touch the puck more and gain confidence

• Goalies are always in the play, with more shots, and more movement which helps conditioning, awareness and positioning

NOTE: SESSION TIMES AND AGE GROUPS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON REGISTRATIONS. SKILL WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER AGE. WE WILL MOVE PLAYERS TO APPROPRIATE SESSIONS BASED ON SKILL.
