HDC's introduction to body checking is designed to safely introduce players to body contact in order to confidently and effectively give and receive body checks.

Our progressive system is designed to include:

• Balance and edge control

• Positioning & Angling

• Stick checks

• Receiving body checks

• Body Checking

• Puck protection
